1/4s and 1/2s will be processed at either Loehr's Meat Service in Campbellsport or Gehring's Meat Market in Hartford.
Will be processed according to your specifications.
You pick up your meat at the processor when it is completed! You pay them for their processing at pick up and us for the meat when we know the final weight.
Our price changes according to markets and changes in production costs.
Currently our price is only $2.80/ lb. hanging weight
Typically our customers find that the total cost of beef and processing is less than average beef in the store, and of much higher quality!
